Do you guarantee a certain rate per mile?
No dispatcher can ethically guarantee rates — freight markets fluctuate daily.
What I do guarantee is strong negotiation, smart lane strategy, and consistent effort to secure the most profitable loads available.
How does your pricing work?
AML operates on a percentage-based model, meaning we only earn when you do. Our fee structure varies depending on authority status and operational needs. There are no upfront costs, long-term contracts, or hidden fees. Partnerships are week-to-week and built on performance.
Will I still have control over the loads I run?
Absolutely!
You approve every load before booking. I present options and run the back office — so you don't lose time or miles.
Who do you work with?
I partner with carriers who have active FMCSA authority, active insurance, and a safety rating of Satisfactory or Not Rated. Compliance and safety posture are critical for maintaining broker trust and long-term success.
If you’re in the startup phase and still finalizing compliance items, I can provide guidance to help you get properly positioned before dispatch begins.
What do you need from me to get started?
To begin, complete the information form at the bottom of this page. I’ll review your submission and reach out to discuss next steps.
If we’re a good fit, you’ll receive a welcome email with the Dispatch Agreement and Carrier Profile attached for review and signature. At that time, I’ll also request all required documents, including your MC/DOT information, W9, COI, and factoring details (if applicable).
